Directions
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add diced chicken and cook about 10 to 12 minutes until cooked through, stirring occasionally.
- Meanwhile, prepare couscous according to the package instructions.
- Add chicken, grapes and parsley to the cooked couscous and mix well. Serve immediately.
