    1 lbs. Hy-Vee boneless, skinless chicken breast tenders, diced
    1 (5.7 oz) pkg Near East Mediterranean Curry Couscous mix
    1 c. coarsely chopped red grapes
    1 tbsp. coarsely chopped parsley

    Directions

    1. Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add diced chicken and cook about 10 to 12 minutes until cooked through, stirring occasionally.
    2. Meanwhile, prepare couscous according to the package instructions.
    3. Add chicken, grapes and parsley to the cooked couscous and mix well. Serve immediately.
