1 tbsp. chipotle chile powder | ||
1 tsp. Hy-Vee seasoned salt | ||
2 tbsp. packed Hy-Vee brown sugar | ||
4 (4 oz each) salmon fillets |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a large resealable bag, combine onion powder, garlic powder, chili powder, seasoned salt and brown sugar.
- Add fillets to the bag. Shake gently to evenly coat fillets. Refrigerate 20 minutes.
- Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Remove fillets from bag and discard bag. Place fillets on foil. Bake 11 to 14 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
