¼ c. reduced-sodium soy sauce | ||
2 tbsp. Hy-Vee Select garlic-flavored olive oil | ||
4 (1/2 pound each) halibut steaks | ||
2 tsp. sesame seed, optional |
Directions
- Combine syrup, soy sauce and oil in a large zip-top bag. Add halibut, seal bag and refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight.
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Remove halibut from marinade; discard marinade.
- Place halibut on a greased baking sheet. Bake 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. If desired, sprinkle sesame seed over halibut during the last 5 to 8 minutes of cook time.
