Fiery Fingerling Potatoes

1 ½ lbs. fingerling potatoes | ||
1 ½ tsp. Hy-Vee salt | ||
½ tsp. Hy-Vee ground cumin | ||
½ tsp. Hy-Vee chili powder | ||
½ tsp. Hy-Vee curry powder | ||
2 tsp. Hy-Vee Select olive oil |
Directions
- In a medium saucepan, bring water to a boil. Wash potatoes and add to boiling water. Cook for 20-24 minutes or until tender. Drain and cool slightly.
- Meanwhile combine salt, cumin, chili powder and curry powder.
- Place cooked and slightly cooled potatoes on metal skewers. Brush potatoes with olive oil. Rub in spice mixture.
- Grill over medium heat for about 5 minutes or until lightly browned, rotating once.
