Grilled Bean Salad with Lime Vinaigrette

1 (16 oz) bag frozen shelled edamame, thawed | ||
1 (15 oz) can cannellini beans, rinsed and drained | ||
1 (15 oz) can Hy-Vee red beans, rinsed and drained | ||
¼ c. Newman's Own light lime vinaigrette | ||
Hy-Vee salt and Hy-Vee pepper, to taste | ||
Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish |
Directions
- Combine beans and vinaigrette in an 8-inch square disposable foil container. Cover tightly with foil.
- Grill over direct heat for 30 to 35 minutes, shaking container frequently.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley.
- Serve warm.
