    ½ (17.3-oz.) pkg. frozen puff pastry, (1 sheet), thawed
    2 tbsp. fig spread
    ½ c. goat cheese, crumbled
    2 oz. Culinary Tours prosciutto

    • Hy-Vee nonstick cooking spray

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper; spray with nonstick spray and set aside. 

    2. Unfold pastry sheet on a cutting board. Top with fig spread, crumbled goat cheese, and prosciutto. Cut puff pastry sheet into 6 equal squares. Cut each square into 6 strips. Working with one strip at a time, transfer to prepared baking sheet and twist the two ends in opposite directions several times. 

    3. Place twisted strips 1-inch apart. Bake for 22 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. Garnish with fresh chopped thyme, if desired.
